Keep your account details private.

Use a strong password, keep your email secure, and do not share passwords or account recovery links. ZONE will never ask for your password in chat or messages.

Verification helps reduce impersonation.

Account activation uses verification flows so ZONE can better protect account access and send important account messages to the correct email.

Recovery links help members regain access.

If you forget your password, use the official reset flow. Passwords are not stored by the website frontend.

Sensitive forms may include security checks.

Signup, signin, reset, and verification flows may use security checks to reduce automated abuse and protect community access.

Do not upload sensitive documents.

Members should not upload identity documents, payment data, or sensitive private documents unless ZONE explicitly requests them through an official process.
