Zone's record was built by players who found each other, formed teams, practised, and entered competition together. Counter-Strike came first, Mobile Legends followed, and the next chapter can come from any game community.

First-Hand History

We did not have much. We had enough to start.

Founded on 13 February 2015, Zone began with friends trying to put together working PCs and a team for the next game night, LAN, or local tournament.

It was small and informal. We played in local tournaments, LANs, and community competitions around Keetmanshoop, Upington, Windhoek, Walvis Bay, and Swakopmund. Getting there, getting every PC ready, and getting a full lineup together were part of the challenge.

We wanted to win, and the chance at a prize made every bracket matter. But we were also there because competing together was fun. We learned how to build a team by showing up, playing, improving what we had, and trying again.

Not every old score, roster, or poster survived in a file. What survived was the reason we started. A group of players became a team, and that team became the community Zone is building today.

One team was the start.Zone is what it became. Now we want to help more players, teams, and game communities build what comes next.

MTC NamLAN 2025

Two Zone lineups finished in the MLBB top four

MTC NamLAN 2025 was hosted by Oryx with support from NESA. Zone entered as a competitor. Zone Saints reached the grand final and finished second, while Zone Lane Vaders completed the tournament in fourth.

Friends started putting PCs and lineups together, then took that team into smaller LANs and local competitions.

Zone's history belongs to the communities that formed lineups, not to one permanent roster. Each team name records a different group of players and a different competitive moment.

One of Zone's earlier CS:GO team names. Alpha is now part of the public archive while exact roster dates and match details are recovered.
