Every new account starts as a member. Athlete, captain, coach, moderator, manager, admin, and owner roles are assigned only by ZONE staff after review and operational need.

ZONE supports players, teams, events, recruitment, and official updates through one focused club platform.

The community comes before rank.

ZONE is built by the community and for the community. Respect, consistency, and clear communication matter.

03 / What we expect

Be reliable, respectful, and accountable.

Show up when you commit. Communicate clearly. Avoid drama, abuse, cheating, spam, impersonation, and anything that damages trust.

04 / Team play

Competitive teams need more than mechanics.

Team play requires calm comms, availability, coachability, and discipline. Being good at a game is not enough by itself.

05 / Roles and staff

Roles are assigned by ZONE.

New accounts start as members. Athlete, academy, captain, coach, moderator, manager, admin, and owner roles are assigned only after review.

06 / Athlete review

Applying as an athlete is a separate step.

Staff may review your game, role, rank, availability, communication, team experience, and goals before roster consideration.

07 / What happens next

Create, verify, complete, then apply.

Create an account, verify email, complete your profile, apply for player review if interested, and watch Events and Notice Board for official updates.

Staff roles are not self-assigned.

Staff, moderator, manager, coach, captain, admin, and owner roles are assigned through staff review and operational need. Community roles are volunteer/community responsibilities unless ZONE officially states otherwise.

Do not submit sensitive documents.

Do not submit ID or passport numbers, payment details, private documents, or sensitive personal information unless ZONE officially requests it through a future approved process.
