Account

Open the Sign Up page, create your member account, verify your email when prompted, and complete your profile in Profile Studio.

Email verification helps protect account access, reduce impersonation, and make sure important account messages reach the right person.

Use the Reset Password page. If an account exists for that email, a reset link will be sent.

Yes. Signed-in members can use Profile Studio to update public profile details, avatar, banner, privacy choices, and preferences.

Roles

Every new account starts as a member. Competitive and staff roles require review and must be assigned by ZONE.

Create a member account first, then submit the athlete application for player review. Staff may review your game, role, availability, communication, and goals.

Those roles are assigned by owner or authorized staff after review, trust, operational need, and role fit are clear.

You can express interest through official contact or application routes, but roles are not self-assigned and are never guaranteed.

Recruitment

Signup creates a normal member account. Athlete application asks staff to review you for competitive player consideration.

ZONE looks for respect, communication, consistency, availability, teamwork, coachability, and game-specific readiness.

Yes. Be honest about your level and goals. New players may fit future academy or development routes even if they are not roster-ready yet.

Events

When an event is live, staff publish registration details, rules, deadlines, and status on the Events page.

Most member-focused event features will require a ZONE account so registrations can be reviewed and managed properly.

Staff may close registrations, use approvals, or move people to a waitlist depending on the event rules.

Private event group links are shared only through approved event or staff channels, not as public links.

Teams

Start as a member, complete your profile, apply for athlete review if interested, and follow official roster or recruitment updates.

Team creation is handled through ZONE staff workflows. Public team creation is not open by default.

Roster changes are handled by authorized staff, managers, captains, or coaches depending on the team workflow.

Community

Respect people, show up when you commit, communicate clearly, and compete without harassment, cheating, spam, or impersonation.

Abuse, threats, hate, cheating, account impersonation, spam, malicious activity, and attempts to disrupt ZONE systems or events are not allowed.

Contact ZONE through the official contact route with a clear summary, relevant links, and screenshots only if they do not expose private sensitive information.

Privacy and security

Public profiles may show identity fields such as handle, display name, gamertag, selected games, role, bio, avatar, and banner depending on profile settings.

No. Passwords are protected through account-security flows and are not stored by the website frontend.

No ad network is active at launch, and ZONE does not sell user data.
