How ZONE uses your application information

ZONE management uses your verified email and application details to review participation, contact you and arrange next steps. Drafts are saved on our server when you continue, before you send the final application. Authorised reviewers see submitted applications. Supabase stores applications and verifies email; Resend delivers messages; Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Our primary database is in the EU and providers may process information in other countries. Under-18 applicants need separate guardian permission before saving a full profile. News updates and media interest are optional. Contact officialzonesupport@gmail.com for access, correction, deletion or guardian-permission withdrawal. Withdrawal stops review; deletion is a separate request. No passwords, identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal history are requested. Inactive drafts are reviewed after 30 days and closed applications after 90 days; holds and provider limits may apply. Deletion is currently handled through reviewed requests; automatic erasure is not enabled.

This archived wording is the version acknowledged in the recruitment portal. ZONE records the signed-in account, version and time. An acknowledgement is separate from optional news or media choices.
